Does Call Zebra cover motorbikes?Is it going to cost me any money to use this service?
Call Zebra's claims management service is free of charge - 100% free. *If you are at fault and an excess is applicable, in some cases the Call Zebra network can make a contribution to this cost. For further details please speak to our claims team on 0800 787 9001.
What should I do if my insurance company contacts me?
Put them in touch with Call Zebra.
What if my car is a write off?
You will still be entitled to replacement vehicle. If the accident was not your fault Call Zebra will work to recover the costs from the fault insurer. If the accident was your fault, we will help you work with your insurer to recover the total pre-accident value of the vehicle.
Does Call Zebra cover HGVs?
Yes, Call Zebra covers all motor vehicles, from the smallest to the largest HGV.
Where do I find the Call Zebra telephone number?Do I get a replacement vehicle if the accident was my fault?
Yes. Call Zebra will arrange a replacement vehicle from the network free of charge.
Will Call Zebra arrange for roadside recovery to take my damaged vehicle to one of their approved repairers?
Yes. Call Zebra will arrange for the damaged vehicle to be collected and taken to a local repairer. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere on the UK mainland.
Do I get a replacement vehicle and what model of car can I expect?
In 99.9% of cases Call Zebra guarantee to provide you with a replacement vehicle while yours is off the road or in for repair, regardless of the accident circumstances and who is at fault. If the accident is not your fault, you are entitled to an equivalent vehicle to your own.

Can Call Zebra really deal with all aspects of my accident, after just one phone call?What if the accident was my fault?
Call Zebra will arrange a replacement vehicle from the network free of charge. We will arrange for your vehicle to be placed with one of our approved network repairers. In some cases you will be required to pay your insurance excess. Your case will be assessed and in some cases you excess may be reduced or waived.
What's in it for Call Zebra?
Call Zebra recoup their costs from third party insurers. We support our network of repairers in a variety of ways, helping to strengthen their businesses. We do no charge you the consumer for our services.
Do Call Zebra fill in the claims form for me?
Yes. Call Zebra will set up the claim and help you with all of the difficult paperwork.
Do I need to do anything else other than ring Call Zebra?
No. Call Zebra will take care of all stages initially. If at a later stage you are required to contact another third party, Call Zebra will help you and advise you in doing so.
Is Call Zebra an insurance broker?
No. Call Zebra is an independent accident management company and does not offer insurance products.
Will Call Zebra help me recover any losses sustained as a result of an accident?
Yes, Call Zebra’s specialist lawyers can provide full legal services to recover any losses, such as loss of earnings, damages to goods and personal injury.
Can I choose where my vehicle is repaired?
Yes. You can select any repairer from Call Zebra’s approved network LINK If there is not a Call Zebra repairer close to your home address one of our advisors will make the arrangements for you.
Do Call Zebra call the Police to the scene of an accident?
No. It is your responsibility to call the police. However, Call Zebra can arrange for recovery of the vehicle from the scene of an accident.
The other motorist is disputing responsibility. What happens next?
Our specialist legal team will assess your claim and advise you of liability.
Will my insurance company penalise me for going to a third party to arrange my car repairs? Will my premiums rise? What happens to my no claims bonus?
If the accident is not your fault there is no reason for you to claim off your own policy. Call Zebra will recover the costs from the third party and keep your premium or no claims bonus in tact.
Don't I have to ring my insurance company?
During the initial stages you don’t need to ring your insurance company. We will handle this on your behalf, but you may have to notify your insurer at some stage during the claim process. However, we will deal with this for you and act in your best interests.
