Avonvale Autobodies puts the customer first

Brothers Ben and Chris Richardson, co-directors of Avonvale Autobodies, an independently-run accident repair centre based in Evesham, Worcestershire, are expanding their customer services with a host of new products. The forward-thinking company has joined the U&I network, a sustainable scheme created by North-West firm Call Zebra, which assists bodyshops striving to deliver a swifter, more comprehensive range of accident repair services and reduce the time spent on administration.

The forward-thinking company has joined the U&I network, a sustainable scheme created by North-West firm Call Zebra, which assists bodyshops striving to deliver a swifter, more comprehensive range of accident repair services and reduce the time spent on administration.

Thanks to the partnership agreement, they can now offer a manned 24-hour accident helpline, like for like car hire and complete access to legal services for all its customers.

The expansion is in direct contrast to the cost-saving cut backs the rest of the country is making in light of the credit crunch, and thanks to this investment the firm is set for a period of rapid growth in 2009.

Avonvale Autobodies 15-strong workforce is more than ready to meet the increased demand for work that the U&I network will bring to their accident repair centre.
