Independent vehicle body repairer, G Woolacott & Son is the latest firm to sign up to the U&I network.
Thanks to the agreement, the family run business, which is based in Devon and operates from two sites, can now offer an exciting range of services to its roster. These include a 24-hour customer helpline, like for like car hire and access to specialist legal advice.
U&I network has experienced a phenomenal rate of growth since its introduction a year ago, as more and more bodyshops see the benefits of joining.
The U&I network, a sustainable scheme created by north-west firm Call Zebra, assists bodyshops striving to deliver a swifter, more comprehensive range of accident repair services, and reduce the subsequent time spent on administration.
G Woolacott & Son’s director, Louise Woolacott, revealed: “Our partnership with the U&I network allows us to have more control than ever before ensuring our customer’s needs are put first.
“We are constantly striving for perfection when it comes to customer service, and we feel that motorists will instantly benefit from the new packages we can offer.
“The industry has experienced some tough times in recent years, but by improving our services, we feel confident we can defy the economic downturn and take the future into our own hands.”

“The U&I model was created to allow vehicle bodyshops place the customer first with its innovative range of services.
