The latest addition to Call Zebra’s U&I network was announced today in the shape of vehicle body repairer Hall Graves Lee.

The Plymouth-based firm is now able to offer its customers a whole range of new features, including a 24-hour accident helpline, car hire and access to legal services, in addition to its exiting services.

The 33 year old bodyshop has grown to 40 strong staff and has always had a solid track record of customer innovation, being one of the first bodyshops in Plymouth to achieve BSI Kitemark.

The introduction of the U&I network is the latest example of its commitment to stay one step ahead when it comes to putting motorists back on the road as fast as possible.

U&I is a sustainable scheme which enables bodyshops to deliver a swifter, more comprehensive range of accident repair services, without the bulk of the associated overheads and streams of administration.

Andy Morris, Operations Manager of Hall Graves Lee, revealed: “As a long established and successful vehicle body repairer, we have always known the importance of putting the customer first. “The U&I network allows us to stay one step ahead of our competitors and ensure that we can offer the motorist solutions that are tailored to their exact needs.”

Darren Gilling, managing director of UK firm Call Zebra and the creator of the U&I model, added: “It is fantastic news that Hall Graves Lee have joined us at the U&I network. “The U&I model provides bodyshops with all the key services that are required to put the needs of the motorist first. “Hall Graves Lee, along with our other members, are transforming the face of the accident repair industry as we know it.”
