Margate-based vehicle body repairer TPK has unveiled an unbeatable range of new customer services.
The firm, which has been operating in the Thanet area for over 12 years, has introduced a 24-hour accident helpline, car hire and access to legal services to its customer service package.
The move allows motorists more flexibility than ever before when they have experienced an accident and are looking to repair their vehicle.
The new services are possible because the firm has joined the revolutionary U&I network - a sustainable scheme created by north-west firm Call Zebra.
The U&I network helps vehicle bodyshops deliver a swift and comprehensive range of accident repair services, saving them both time and money normally spend on associated overheads and administration.
Mark Ledene, managing director of TPK, revealed: “As an organisation, we have always prided ourselves with our excellent track record of customer satisfaction.
“Our customers are the most important aspect of our business, and the U&I model allows us to deliver a more streamlined and fast tracked service for motorist’s insurance claims.
“We aim to get people back on the road as quickly as possible, and with the added services in operation, we are more confident than ever of achieving this.”
Darren Gilling, managing director of UK firm Call Zebra and the creator of the U&I model, added: “It is fantastic news that TPK have joined the U&I network.
“The U&I model empowers vehicle bodyshops with the services they require to put the needs of the motorist first.
“TPK, along with our other members, are transforming the face of accident repair industry as we know it.”
