One of Hertfordshire’s leading vehicle body repairers, Welspray ARC, today announced that it is the latest firm to join Call Zebra’s U&I scheme.

Thanks to this agreement, the Renault-approved accident repair specialist will now be able to offer its customers a fully-manned 24 hour helpline, like for like vehicle hire and access to specialist legal advice.

Paul Clayton, Welspray ARC’s owner, said: “In these tough times it is important as a company that we don’t rest on our laurels and keep one step ahead of the competition.
“By joining Call Zebra’s U&I scheme, we have direct access to an entire network of like-minded businesses and a host of new customer-focused services that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to implement.”

Darren Gilling, managing director of Call Zebra, the north-west which created the U&I network, added: “We are proud to announce another new member to the U&I scheme, which further expands our network of approved vehicle body repairers and strengthens the brand in the eyes of the motorist.
“The U&I scheme now covers the majority of the UK, and this enables us to provide an unparalleled level of service to help customers get back on the road quicker than ever after experiencing an accident.”

Welspray ARC concentrates solely on accident repair and is a member of the Vehicle Body Repairers Association and the Motor Vehicles Repairer Association. The 40 year old firm currently employs 15 members of staff and operate out of a 9,000 sq ft site.

The U&I network enables bodyshops to deliver a wider range of accident repair services, without the associated costs and administration that would normally come with such an investment.
